We at the wacky international headquarters completely understand what this guy was trying to do.
No kidding.
But it's like making a joke too soon after a really horrific event. Or maybe never is too soon in this instance. The sad fact is that human zoos actually existed as recently as 70 years ago in Europe.
That's wacky.
